What are the image specifications required to order a Custom Print?
The larger the resolution the better! As a general rule of thumb, we suggest the image is at least half the dimensions of your Custom Print (i.e. a 12"x12" Custom Print needs an image at least 6"x6"). To ensure high quality, your image file size must be a minimum of 300KB.
What image file types will work for custom canvas and acrylic prints?
We can create your Custom Print with images formatted as .jpg, .tiff, .pdf, .png, or .gif.
Where do I select my desired Custom Print material, size, and frame?
Once your picture is uploaded, you'll be taken to a page to select all your options.
